关于“陆安”牌轮胎价格调整的通知

       大家好!承蒙贵司一直以来对海安的认可和支持，在此我司表示诚挚谢意!
       近期，受全球天然橡胶、炭黑等主要原材料价格持续大幅上涨，叠加能源成本、物流费用及环保合规成本不断攀升等多重因素影响，我司生产成本压力显著增加。我司虽已采取多种措施应对成本上升，但无法完全消化成本压力。
       为了确保轮胎及时交付，保障矿山高效连续运营，给矿山客户提供更优质的轮胎产品和服务，经集团慎重研究，决定自2026年05月01日起开始上调“陆安牌”轮胎价格约3%-5%。(2026年05月01日之前签约合同，按原价执行。)
       我们深知此次价格调整可能给您带来不便，敬请谅解。海安集团始终秉持“为矿业降本增效”的经营理念，将持续优化生产工艺、提升服务效率，力求为您提供更高性价比的产品与更优质的服务。

 Dear Partners of Haian Group,
         First of all, we sincerely thank you for your continued recognition and support to Haian Group.
Recently, due to the continuous and significant increase in the prices of major raw materials such as natural rubber, and carbon black, coupled with rising energy costs, logistics expenses, and environmental compliance costs, our company's production cost pressure has increased significantly. Although we have tried our efforts to cope with the cost increase, it still beyond the scope that we can afford.
         To ensure timely tire delivery, guarantee efficient and continuous mine operation, and provide mining customers with higher-quality tire products and services, after careful consideration, the Group has decided to increase the price of "Luan" brand OTR tire by approximately 3% to 5% starting from May 1, 2026. (Contracts signed before May 1, 2026, will be conducted at the original price)
         We really apologize for any inconvenience may cause to you due to the price adjustment. Haian Group adheres to the philosophy of "Reducing Costs and Increasing Efficiency in the mining industry," and will continue to optimize production processes and improve service efficiency, striving to provide you with better product and higher quality services.
